This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.173 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police against the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.173 of 2018 and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the same has taken on file in S.T.C.No.1904 of 2020.
