ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The first respondent herein filed D.V.P.No.53 of 2022 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Karur. In the said DVP, the petitioner was shown as the fourth respondent. To quash the proceedings insofar as is concerned, the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed. 3.It is seen that in the impugned complaint there are no allegations against the petitioner. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of husband of the complainant. The impugned proceedings are quashed as far as the petitioner is concerned. It will hold as far as the remaining respondents. 4.The Court below is directed to dispose of D.V.P.No.53 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
