ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 21.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 408, 409 r/w. 109 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2. According to the de-facto complainant, the accused have misappropriated Rs.3,93,400/- in Parapatu Agricultural Co-operative Society.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was functioning as a Secretary (in-charge) in this Co-operative Society and the entire amount of Rs.3,93,400/- was given to the President of the Society, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the xerox copy of the receipt and it is specifically contended that the first accused was arrested and gave confession stating that he received the entire amount from the second accused.
5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
