The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the second respondent not to cancel the license granted by the petition in License No.6170191 at M.G.R.Bus Stand, Commercial Complex, Madurai, without due process of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the entire arrears for the abovesaid leased property has been paid till March 2025. Therefore, as on today, they have no intention to cancel the licence granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.01.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd 2/4
