2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.107 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.101 of 2016. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
