: Respondents (fourth respondent is impleaded as per order of this Court dated 28.02.2019, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1438/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.213 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and to complete the investigation.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 304(A) IPC and Section 187 of Motor Vehicles Act.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner herein complaints that in a case registered in Crime No.323 of 2018 his vehicle was wrongly roped in as an offending vehicle. He submits that this intend to make some insurance claim. He submits that the case was originally registered before the third respondent police and it was transferred to the Inspector of Police (L & O), Anna Nagar Police Station / fourth respondent. He submitted that this angle is not being investigated, and he apprehends mischief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Since the investigation is still underway, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police (L&O), Anna Nagar to oversee the Investigation in Crime No.323 of 2018. The petitioner is also directed to part with any information, which may be useful for the Investigating Agency to arrive at a just conclusion either to the Investigating Officer or to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (L&O), who is nominated by this Court to oversee the investigation.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
