O R D E R

The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. She wants this Court to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.330 of 2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that final report closing the case as "action dropped" on 25.07.2021 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

3.The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the final report on the petitioner along with the RCS notice forthwith and without any delay. The respondent is also directed to verify, if the final report is available on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. If it is not available, a fresh copy shall be filed immediately. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, is directed to issue RCS notice to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can file a protest petition. Crl.O.P(MD)No.1630 of 2022 petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance wit law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
