This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 13.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that there was matrimonial dispute and the petitioner was harassed on demanding more dowry and on 15.08.2017, the petitioner was forcibly sent away from the matrimonial home and with regard to the same, a complaint was sent to the second respondent and no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
