ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent is registered in Current Petition No.P4/34994/253/2020 and posted for enquiry. 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
