ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 441, 442, 443, 444, 445, 446, 447, 506(i), 506(ii) and 378 I.P.C in Crime No.1142 of 2014 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to property dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint. He further submitted that co-accused have already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13977 of 2015, dated 27.07.2015.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is civil dispute between the parties and there was wordy quarrel and the victim sustained simple injury.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that co-accused have already been released on bail, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
