This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired by the respondent Police and the same has been closed by advising both the parties to approach the Civil Court to seek their remedy and he has also produced the copy of such statement. In the light of the aforesaid statement, the respondent Police closed the petitioner's complaint. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
