Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's wife namely Sivaranjani, aged about 30 years and his minor daughter namely Meenakshi, aged about 6 years based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2020.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's wife namely Sivaranjani, aged about 30 years and his minor daughter namely Meenakshi, aged about 6 years based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's wife viz., Sivaranjani and his minor daughter viz.,Meenakshi were kidnapped by the third and fourth respondents. Since no action has been taken by the respondent police till date, the present petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondent police has secured the alleged detenue viz., Sivaranjani and her daughter viz.,Meenakshi and they have been produced by the respondent police before this Court.

4.This Court enquired the alleged detenue viz., Sivaranjani and she would submit that due to torture of her husband, she left the matrimonial home with her daughter and she would further submit that she is not in any illegal detention.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
