ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.146 of 2022 and file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has already completed investigation.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the first respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court.
