ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2026 and there 1/4

upon pass appropriate orders in granting permission for performing orchestra program on 28.01.2026 at about 08.00 p.m., to 12 a.m., with police protection.

2. It is submitted that the respondent police had already granted permission to conduct an orchestra programme on 28.01.2026 from 07:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. However, the petitioner is now seeking to extend the programme until 11:00 p.m.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is permitted to conduct the orchestra programme on 28.01.2026 from 07:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with police protection. However, the sound level of the orchestra shall be reduced from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The petitioner and the villagers shall not indulge in any illegal activities.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 22.01.2026 KSA Note : Issue a copy of order on 23.01.2025 2/4
