Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2022 and conduct an enquiry by convening the peace keeping meeting and calling all the parties concerned by issuing necessary parties to them in our community and resolve the issue relating to the change of temple's name by removing the existing statue or 1/3

making any alteration in the existing structure of the temple in the name and style of Arulmigu Sridevi, Poodevi Samedha Srivenkatesha Perumal Thirukoil situated at Pattiveeran Patti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 6.

2. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are attempting to make alteration in respect of the petition mentioned temple. He wants the official respondents to conduct peace keeping meeting.

3. No Mandamus can be issued in this regard. It is for the authorities concerned to take a call in the matter.

4. With this observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
