O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2018 and to take appropriate action.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was closed as "mistake of fact". The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the above said fact. Hence, he seeks liberty to raise his objections before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on the closure report. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court under the provisions of law.
