ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent registered in First Information Report in Crime No.25 of 2021 against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
