2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Despite the name of the respondent being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for her.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to argue the case on merits, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
