ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.808 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (a) r/w.4(1-A) of T.N.P.Act., seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the accused was found in possession of 87 brandy bottles without license.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 45 days.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the bail petition contending that the petitioner is involved more than 18 cases of similar in nature and he is the habitual offender.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m.until further orders, for interrogation. sd/- 25/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
