ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the first petitioner having land at S.F.No.1046/25A with an extent of 15 cents at Pamban, Rameshwaram Taluk. He further submitted that one Jeevanantham has filed civil suit in O.S.No.15 of 2004on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Rameswaram and the same was dismissed and subsequently, he filed appeal in A.S.No.27 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2007 before the learned Sub Court, Ramanathapuram and the same was also dismissed and against which the fourth respondent herein has filed S.A.No.512 of 2014 before this Court and the same is pending and that being so, he has given a false complainant against the petitioners and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the fourth respondent, the third respondent has conducted an enquiry and it is found that the dispute is "Civil in nature" and hence, the third respondent is going to close the said complaint. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
