This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the enquiry ,based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.01.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint has been closed on 07.02.2021, based on the statement given by the petitioner himself. The petitioner gave a statement stating that he will work out his remedy before the Civil Forum. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that the petitioner is reported to be dead on 09.06.2021.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for consideration or for direction. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated.
