ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint with the third respondent and that the said complaint was forwarded to the Thallakulam Police Station on point of territorial jurisdiction.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1452 of 2021 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
