Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20845 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1308 of 2023 this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20845 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur on 06.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
