This petition has been filed to direct the first second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that one complaint has been received against the petitioner herein from the third respondent and C.S.R.No.56 of 2018 has been issued and after enquiry, complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
