This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent with the third respondent against the petitioner was registered in G7/061855/4858/2019 and after enquiry the same was closed.
