ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.210 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent has registered a case in Crime No.210/2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC. He has further submitted that the Motor Vehicle Inspector has clearly stated in his report that the accident was due to mechanical defect and hence, the F.I.R has to be quashed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation further action has been dropped in the above matter.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1814 of 2018, is closed.
