Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in Crime No.182 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same, as illegal as against the petitioner.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused no.2, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.182 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already investigation has been conducted and charge sheet was also filed on 19.01.2018 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3 Nagercoil, but sofar, the case was not taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari District, is directed to check whether charge sheet was filed on 19.01.2018 itself and why it was not taken on file and submit a report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P. (MD)No.1815 of 2018, is closed.
