O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner got married to the respondent on 13.10.1996. Two children were also born. The petitioner filed M.C.No.9 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi seeking maintenance. Maintenance case was allowed on 31.08.2011. The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.1971 of 2012 for enforcing the same.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is justified. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1971 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If need be, if the respondent is adopting a dilatory attitude, the court below shall issue non bailable warrant and the jurisdictional police are mandated to enforce the same.
