O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.02.2018 forthwith by registering a FIR within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that already there were money transactions between the petitioners and one Mr.PR.Rajeshkumar, his father P.Ravichandran and Mrs.Krithika. Due to which, some dispute arose between them and the above said persons gave a life threat to the petitioners. Hence the petitioners lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 07.02.2018. So far, FIR has not been registered. Hence this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
