ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members.

3. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 08.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
