This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.14 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, the case was registered in Crime No.14 of 2017 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.126 of 2017, before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur.
