RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order dated 17.8.2017, made in CRP(PD) (MD) No.1463 of 2017 and restore the Civil Revision Petition to the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Prayer in CRP(MD). 1463/ 2017 :

To set aside the order passed by the Learned District Munsif, Sattur in IA No.423 of 2016 in OS No.21of 2011 dated 01.2.2017 and pass such further or other order as this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SOLAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Going through the averments made in the supporting affidavit, this Court is of the view that this petition may be allowed on cost. Accordingly, this petition shall stand allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only), to the Legal services Authority within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
