This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in N4/25565/1758/G/2020 on 26.11.2020 and enquiry is pending. 3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs.
