O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.144 of 2017 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 03.06.2017 in Cr.No.144 of 2017 under Section 174(iii) IPC, but sofar, a final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.
4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
