ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.351 of 2023 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that during pendency of the case in Crime No.351 of 2023, the defacto Complainant and the Accused have entered into compromise. The learned Counsel for the defacto Complainant also entered appearance by filing vakalat. A joint compromise memo also filed. The identity of the defacto Complainant is also established through Aadhar Card of the defacto Complainant. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first Respondent also filed status report regarding the compromise entered between the parties.

4.The joint compromise memo filed the parties is recorded and the status report filed the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) is also recorded. In the light of the compromise entered between the parties, the case in Crime No.351 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Courtallam Police Station, Tenkasi District is hereby quashed. 2/4
