ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankoil, to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.01 of 2021 in O.S.No.77 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankoil, within the stipulated time.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that a suit for partition was filed in the year 2012 and preliminary decree was passed on 19.09.2019 and thereafter final decree application was filed in I.A.No.1 of 2021. A commissioner was appointed and he has also filed his report on 22.12.2022. The petitioner filed no objection over the commissioner report whereas the respondent has not filed any objection so far. Inspite of that it has been kept on adjourned without any reason.
3. In view of the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankoil, to complete the final decree process within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
