This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.490 of 2017 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 08.09.2017 in Cr.No.490 of 2017 under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 379 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on 21.10.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani is directed to verify if the charge sheet was already filed, he has to take the same on file without any further delay.
