O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 30.01.2018 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 294 (b), 451, 506(ii) and 379 (NH) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on 29.01.2018, one Jeganathan along with 10 other henchman had criminally trespassed into the petitioner's property and cut down the trees in the property and damaged the houses and stolen 5 soverign of gold jewel and Rs.50,000/- from the petitioner's house. Hence, on 30.01.2018, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same was disclosed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 294(b), 451, 506(ii) and 379 (NH) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act. The petitioner was issued with a receipt in C.S.R.No.33 of 2018. But, so far, no FIR has been registered. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum.
