ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294 (b), 448, 341, 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Women Harassment Act in Crime No.387 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed as "mistake of fact".
