RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in its order dt/5/12/2022 in Crl.MP.(MD)No.15000/2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.17999/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAGAVENTHRE S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15000 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17999 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15000 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17999 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1588 of 2023 required for interrogation.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
