ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The Petitioner has come forward with this Petition to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner in connivance with one Balamurugan @ Govindalu considering the Petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that he already borrowed money from one Balamurugan @ Govindalu and he is regular in payment and already he paid a sum of Rs.1,98,000/- and further he wants some more time to pay the entire amount borrowed.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner alone has given a complaint before the Superintendent of Police and neither the said Balamurugan nor any other persons have not given any complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the Petitioner and that there is no such harassment on the part of the respondents Police to the Petitioner. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
