O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment building in T.S.Nos.25 and 26 in TS.No.2898, situated at Ward No.54, Iravathanallur, Madurai City, made by the respondents 7 and 8 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced before us a communication in Na.Ka.No.25341/2018/J3, dated 14.06.2018, issued by the District Collector, Madurai, the first respondent herein, whereunder the first respondent has required the Revenue Tahsildar Madurai South, to look into the issue, take appropriate action and keep inform the petitioner there regards.

3. As appropriate action stands initiated by the first respondent, this Writ Petition is found to be premature and accordingly, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
