O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The petitioner states that the document presented by the first respondent / writ petitioner for registration in respect of the property, which is now ordered to be registered by the learned Single Judge, belongs to him and not the writ petitioner. Since the petitioner herein is the true owner and a suit is also pending in respect of the subject property, the petitioner herein wants to prefer a writ appeal as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Since the petitioner herein was not made as a party respondent in the writ petition, he seeks leave of this Court to prefer a third party writ appeal.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant leave to the petitioner. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated

19.11.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.27611 of 2025, is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 02.02.2026 NCC :
