Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sivakasi, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20741 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
