PRAYER :- To extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Hon'ble court in CRL.OP(MD) No.18926 of 2019 order dated 17.12.2019 on the file of this Honble Court ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.18926 of 2019, dated 17/12/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two more weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready as a last chance.
