This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 118 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 118 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate , Rajapalayam and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.8 of 2022.
