PRAYER :- To extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.18939 of 2019 order dated 17/12/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.18939 of 2019, dated 17/12/2019, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
