ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime No.35 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 20.01.2016 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
