This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the case/FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2018 and also direct the second respondent to conduct the investigation.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 23.02.2018 before the second respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
