The present petition has been filed to quash the complaint in Crime No.04 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed in this case and the charge sheet has been laid before concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
